"Kumpkin" carving 2008

We decided last night was the night to carve the pumpkin with Sadie (& Sawyer of course, although he seemed quite unimpressed). Sadie kept calling it a "kumpkin" which we thought was precious. I was just excited that she was saying it!
Anyways, it was a little hectic, because Dennis was busy carving, and I was trying to make sure Sadie didn't fall off of the kitchen table while at the same time trying to keep Sawyer happy in his swing. It was quite the event. But, a good memory at the same time. I wouldn't have it any other way!
Here are some pictures we captured. The first two are of Sadie's sweet anticipation. She wanted to be up on the table where all of the action was.
